What we do
Our mission in action
The "Lady Liberty" Foundation works towards its objective through four important fields of action, each one aimed at equipping financially burdened citizens with knowledge, representation, and defensive tools.
We offer free education in law and finance to empower people to understand what their rights and duties are. Being aware of your rights is the first step towards protecting yourself from creditors, bailiffs, and debt collection agencies.
We help clients with debt-related cases in Polish courts. We prepare legal documents, responses to payment claims, objections, and appeals. The right document at the right time can make a real difference in how the entire case unfolds.
On the contrary, beginning of bailiff execution does not mean the end of your problem, since there are plenty of legal ways of suspending, restricting or even ending the process of execution. We will assist you in applying them.
We help people recover funds that were wrongly seized and protect their assets from unlawful enforcement. We also guide individuals through consumer bankruptcy, a process that has been significantly simplified since 2020 and is now available to nearly anyone who is not running a business.
