Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

• maintaining correspondence and answering to outgoing correspondence - legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller),
• implementation of the activities of the Foundation under its statutes - legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR,
• satisfying the legal obligations of the controller - legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GPPR.

Data Retention Period

Personal data shall be stored for as long as required to fulfill the purpose of the processing, but not longer than 3 years after their receipt, except when there is a requirement for a longer period under applicable law.

Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• rectify (correct) the data,
• erase the data (right to be forgotten),
• restrict the processing of data,
• data portability,
• object to the processing of data,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Voluntary Nature of Providing Data

The conveying of the information is purely voluntary. Yet, its absence will make it difficult for one to respond to the information that has been conveyed as well as complete the assignments.

Data Recipients

Information about individuals can be disclosed to trusted service providers supporting the Foundation, including IT and hosting service providers. These organizations will process the information only in accordance with the terms of data processing agreements and in a secure manner. No transfer of personal data is done to any third country or international organization.
